Refund & cancellation policy

MobilityCore Systems LLC delivers technical consultancy, AI workflow automation, custom AI tooling, and API integration architecture under mutually signed Statements of Work (SOW). Engagements are divided into defined phases: Architecture Discovery, Technical Blueprint & Prototype, Production Integration, and Validation.

Invoices and billing schedules align with explicit milestone deliverables approved in writing by authorized representatives of both parties prior to technical deployment.

Clients may request cancellation of an ongoing engagement by providing 14 calendar days of formal written notice to our project operations team via email.

Upon receipt of cancellation notice, all engineering work on subsequent, unstarted phases halts immediately. Incurred billable engineering hours and infrastructure allocations up to the effective cancellation date remain due and payable.

Discovery & Initial Assessment Retainers: Pre-paid retainers for preliminary technical architecture audits are eligible for a 100% refund if cancellation is received at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled discovery kickoff session.

Active Development Phases: Once milestone development has commenced and codebase artifacts or architectural diagrams have been delivered, associated phase fees are non-refundable. If MobilityCore Systems LLC fails to meet agreed technical specifications outlined in the SOW within a 30-day remedy window, a prorated refund for that specific milestone will be issued.

Third-Party Software & Compute Costs: Direct API usage fees, dedicated model hosting, cloud infrastructure, or third-party license costs incurred on the client's behalf are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Either party may terminate an active agreement immediately if the other party commits a material breach of contract that remains uncured for 30 calendar days following formal written notification.

Upon contract termination and settlement of outstanding invoices, MobilityCore Systems LLC transfers all completed technical documentation, custom scripts, API connectors, and repositories created specifically for the client in accordance with the intellectual property clauses of the Master Services Agreement.
